Broken Needle Control System:
Checking & Collecting Procedure:
After production even though our garments are checked with the metal detector but the following precautionary steps are there to ensure safe wearing of our garments.
A If any Needle breaks during the sewing, the operator must hand over the broken part of needle with the other part of needle to the line Supervisor - the line Supervisor hands over that to store dept to keep a record
B Garments are checked piece by piece after finishing for any broken needle part.
C Each machine operator must replace the needle which ran maximum 02 hour & submit that to line supervisor for a replacement.
